FSO-OP - Operations
Jeff joined the Auxiliary in 1977. He is certified in AUXOP, as an Instructor and as a Vessel Examiner. Jeff currently serves as Flotilla 12-04's FSO-OP (Operations), as well as serving as a QE for the Division's Boat Crew Program and as a TCT Instructor.
