Robin has served with the Flotilla since 2001 in a number of staff officer positions, including Secretary/Records (FSO-SR). In 2005, she was elected Vice Flotilla Commander, where she served until elected Flotilla Commander, starting in 2007. She is a certified Vessel Examiner (VE).
