As part of the Department of Homeland Security, there are some security forms that must be completed, as well as the Auxiliary application. To get the process going, contact Flotilla 12-04 to find out when the next New Member Meeting will be held. Please bring the following forms to the meeting. To save yourself time, have them filled out before you come to the meeting. Directions for completing the forms are on each form.
