Diversity:
Flotilla 12-04 values a diverse membership, which strengthens our Flotilla with varied backgrounds, skills and experiences. Flotilla 12-04 has put quite an emphasis on recruiting, with the highest volume of members in our Division. In particular, recent recruitment methods, such as using Internet advertising, have increased the numbers in all age groups, and has allowed us to expand the reach of not only our recruitment efforts, but, our public service messages.
